Ravyn Holden, an Economics major set to graduate in May 2027, is currently an Operational Assistant at Ennovar. In her dynamic role, Ravyn evaluates and implements new technologies, maintains precise operational documentation, ensures compliance, handles data entry, assists in event organization, and plays a key role in employee onboarding and training.
When Ravyn came to WSU, she was pursuing a Computer Science degree. After being placed in a development position, she came to realize that computer science wasn't for her.
Reflecting on her Ennovar journey, Ravyn shares, "When I finally realized that Computer Science wasn't what I wanted to do, I went to my supervisors and they directed me to the College of Business where I discovered my passion for Economics."
When asked about her favorite part of her association with Ennovar, Ravyn replied, "I love that Ennovar's first priority is the students... The emphasis on skill development has given me qualifications beyond what my classes teach, dramatically increasing my hiring chances." Looking ahead, Ravyn's goal is to advance her role at Ennovar by becoming a full-time employee with expanded responsibilities. Beyond her professional endeavors, Ravyn owns and is actively expanding a small crochet business.
